By visiting Lay-Away.com or accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant to Lay-Away.com that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms.

As a condition of your use of the website and services, you agree that you will not use the website or services for any purpose that is unlawful or that is prohibited by these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the website or services through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the website or services.

Limitations on Service

Lay-Away.com has the right to take any of the following actions in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice:

(1) Restrict or terminate your access to all or any part of the website or services.

(2) Suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the website or services.

(3) Delete your account(s) and all related files in your account.

Unauthorized Activity

Submissions and unauthorized use of any Materials contained on this Site may violate certain laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold Lay-Away.com and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and business partners harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs of defense) Lay-Away.com or any other indemnified party suffers in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party that your use of this Site or the use of this Site by any person using your user name and/or password (including without limitation, your participation in the posting areas or, your Submissions) violates any applicable law or regulation, or the copyrights, trademark rights or other rights of any third party.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Returns; Risk of Loss
The information on this Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in accordance with the terms of our Return Policy.

Lay-Away.com's Online Policy
Lay-Away.com is committed to the promotion of online layaway. Lay-Away.com sells products directly and through third party suppliers intended for purchase through daily, weekly, and/or monthly installments. All orders are shipped no more than seven (7) businees days after final payment has been submitted. Cancellations my occur for any reason but will incur a cancellation fee. All layaway plans should remain active for a period of at least one (1) month but no more than six (6) months.


There will be $35 restocking/processing fee of monies paid for ALL cancelled lay-away plans. Refunds are processed directly to your bank account within 3-5 weeks. To cancel your layaway plan, email the Support Team at support@lay-away.com to request an order cancellation.

Shipping Policy

On average products are shipped about 5-7 business days after your final payment has been submitted. You can retrieve your tracking number directly from your online account.

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities and/or our suppliers facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain your item(s) for shipment.

Large items, such as televisions, may take an extra 5-7 business days for delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

All Opened items may only be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date, for the same item only. No refunds are available for any items, if opened. To make a return, please go to the "Contact Us" section. Email us with the subject line stating "Return" and a Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly.
